Of Use
www.gt-vehicles.com ("the Site")
is a web site developed by GT Vehicles Ltd
(also referred to herein as "gt-vehicles.com").
By entering the Site or any
of its associated channels you are deemed to have accepted
these terms and
conditions.
General...
1 GT Vehicles specialise in the sale of imported vehicles,
The specification
of vehicles may be different to that of other similar vehicles
available in
the UK.
2 The UK registration date is not necessarily
connected to the date of
manufacture. You may not be the first registered keeper of
the vehicle.
3 The vehicles will be supplied with
the balance of the manufacturers
warranty where available. All keys, manual, service records
radio codes,
etc. as received will be made available.
5 All vehicle images used on GT Vehicles
press advertisements, websites or
via web portals may be library images of similar vehicles
and are for
illustrative purposes only.
Title...
5 The vehicle does not become the customers
until it is paid for with
cleared funds.
Deposits and Prepayments...
6 A minimum deposit of Five hundred pounds
(£500) is required with every
order to show the customer's commitment to purchase the vehicle
and GT
Vehicles' agreement to supply the vehicle. Any payment made
in excess of
£500 will have been individually negotiated between
GT Vehicles and the
customer and is set out on the invoice.
7 If the customer fails to collect and
pay the balance of the price without
lawful reason by the agreed date, GT Vehicles will be entitled
to treat the
agreement as cancelled by the customer and offer the vehicle
for re-sale and
claim from the customer any reasonable losses suffered which
may include but
are not limited to loss of profit, stocking charges, bank
interest, storage,
unrecoverable extras fitted to the vehicle, and any reduction
in the value
of the vehicle. GT Vehicles will be entitled to use the deposit
and any
prepayment to reduce its reasonable losses. Any excess will
be returned to
the customer and any shortfall will be paid by the customer.
If GT Vehicles
failed to deliver the vehicle by the agreed date, GT Vehicles
shall return
the deposit and any prepayment to the customer.
8 Provisional Orders (Pre-Stock) This
means a vehicle which GT Vehicles
agreed to buy so it can sell to a customer where GT Vehicles
does not have a
contract to buy the vehicle from their supplier.
9 In such an event GT Vehicles will make
every reasonable effort to find
such a vehicle for the price and description provisionally
agreed.
10 In the event that proves impossible
after a reasonable time either GT
Vehicles or the customer may cancel the provisional agreement
in which case
neither party will make a claim against the other and GT Vehicles
will
refund any deposit and prepayment.
Part Exchange...
11 Any part exchange allowance agreed
with a customer is either based upon
the customer's description of the vehicle to GT Vehicles or
upon its
inspection by GT Vehicles .
12 In the event of subsequent damage
to the vehicle, fair ware and tear
expected, or if the customer knowingly gave incorrect information
concerning
the vehicle or has concealed a defect in the vehicle which
GT Vehicles
relied upon. GT Vehicles may decline to take the vehicle,
in which case GT
Vehicles will try to agree with the customer a new allowance.
If no
agreement can be reached the customer shall either pay the
full price, or GT
Vehicles will be entitled to treat the agreement as cancelled
by the
customer and the provisions of clause 7 shall then apply.
Warranties...
13 The vehicle will be supplied with
the balance of the manufacturers
warranty where available. Manufacturers warranties for imported
vehicles may
vary from those for vehicles manufactured in the UK.
14 Any claim by the customer based upon
defects in the quality or condition
of the vehicle shall be notified to GT Vehicles within a reasonable
time of
the date of delivery, or where the defects were not apparent
on a reasonable
inspection, within a reasonable time after discovery of the
defects.

Example: Cash Price: £16699. Deposit:
£3339.80. Balance: £13359.20. Payable
by 156 Weekly payments of: £60.21. then 1 Final Payment/GFV

Vehicle Information...
Vehicles may be imported and therefore
the specification may differ from UK
specifications. All new vehicles are right-hand drive, display
speeds in mph
and built to conform to a European specification and which
therefore
conforms to UK standards. New vehicles are unregistered while
on display,
however you may not be the 1st registered keeper.
Any new car prices quoted are the unregistered
prices and are plus £25
registration fee and road fund licence at the current rate.
All savings
shown are based against an assumed UK List Price understood
to be correct at
the time of posting. Any UK list prices shown are for information
and
guidance only and do not form a part of our contact. Vehicles
advertised are
from group stock and change daily. All printed prices are
intended to be
correct at time of press. E&OE.
CHANGES TO
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Due to the constant development
of the Site it may become necessary to amend these terms and
conditions and gt-vehicles.com reserves the right to do so
by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to check
these terms and conditions regularly and your continued use
of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your
acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.
USE OF CONTENT:
The services and information provided by gt-vehicles.com are
for your personal and commercial use only.
SITE TRANSACTIONS:
You may use the Site to purchase products or services
from our third party providers. Any such transaction is concluded
under the
terms of business of the third party provider and gt-vehicles.com
accepts no
